In the spirit of collaboration that uniquely defines our community, Irresistible brought together the brightest minds to share the most innovative ideas for three days in Los Angeles. Mainstage fireside chats featured EVPs and C-suite leaders from Liberty Mutual, Tyson, USAA, and more. Educational track sessions shared how to redesign work for the future, how to retain and engage talent, and how to lead a systemic HR organization. Exclusive events brought attendees together on campus at the University of Southern California and fantastic venues nearby.

• Next-Generation AI: Reinventing Productivity and Engagement

During this working session, The Josh Bersin Company had an open discussion with leaders in Generative AI. Jonathan F. Kestenbaum, Managing Director of Technology Strategy at AMS and the panelists from USC Institute for Creative Technologies and Microsoft discussed how productivity and engagement will change, the impact on how we think about work, and provide HR and talent services. This session was an open, flowing discussion where HR leaders were able to explore how generative AI will impact their businesses.

• The Josh Bersin Company was ecstatic to be able to offer their corporate members an exclusive experience unlike any other at Irresistible 2023. Sponsored by AMS, this two-day member-only event was both a celebration of their partnership with their corporate members and a collaborative learning opportunity. On Thursday, 22 June, participants took an exclusive tour of a popular production studio and meeting their business leaders. The group then enjoyed a lovely dinner at The Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. On Friday, 23 June, The Josh Bersin Company hosted a workshop to offer participants the chance to get hands-on experience putting Josh’s research into action for their organization.
