What is the general timeline for the recruitment process?
Our recruitment process can vary, depending on the number of required stages and the level of the role, but it generally takes no longer than one month.
How can I prepare for an interview?
It’s always good to give yourself some background knowledge by researching AMS and, if applicable, our client. Carefully read the job description and be ready to discuss how your skills and experience link to the role. Practice answering common interview questions and prepare a few to ask the interviewer too. If you need any assistance with your interview preparations, our recruiters will always be happy to help.
What if I need assistance during the recruitment process?

How long is the Onboarding process?
The Onboarding process can vary in length depending on your location, local labour law regulations and the background checks required; on average it can take between four to eight weeks.
What can I expect on my first days at work? Do you offer any trainings?
The first week is dedicated to immersing you in AMS culture, providing the flexibility and resources to adjust at your own speed. Your onboarding will be enriched through support and team integration, with several theoretical and practical trainings also offered.
