LEAP HR: Life Sciences Europe was a meeting for HR leaders navigating the unique challenges associated with attracting and inspiring the biopharma talent they need to remain competitive. Jim Sykes, our Sector Managing Director, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences chaired the Pre-Conference Focus Day on 21 February, this interactive session allowed attendees to spend time engaging in a smaller group, uncover how the leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies are delivering on company culture, authenticity and purpose in order to attract the best life sciences talent.
We also delivered a presentation on Rethinking How to Tackle the Ongoing Talent Shortage by Optimizing Your Sourcing Capabilities with our partner from Gilead Sciences on 22 February. The sharing focused on:
