AMS was an Expertise Partner of LEAP TA: Life Sciences 2022 on 3-5 October in Boston. LEAP TA: Life Sciences was the only event on a national level for TA leaders from life sciences organisations of all sizes and stages to come together and spend three days dedicated to solving the talent war in life sciences.
Jim Sykes, our Sector Managing Director, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences chaired the Pre-Conference Focus Day on 3 October, this focus day allowed TA leaders to build high-performing talent acquisition teams that have a direct, measurable impact on the bottom line.
Jim also delivered a presentation on How to Measure TA Effectiveness, What ‘Good’ Looks Like & How Progressive Talent Leaders Are Redefining Value & Business Impact on 4 October. The sharing focuses on:

This event featured more than 25 case studies looking at how established and emerging biopharma organizations across the US are rethinking what’s possible in talent acquisition.
